SBW Consulting is owned and founded by Shaun Wilson.

 

Following a successful career in the Army, including senior planning, procurement and project delivery roles, Shaun spent eleven years as Bursar, The Haberdashers’ Aske’s Boys’ School. He has also filled a number of Interim Bursar roles in leading, independent schools.  Shaun has broad experience in boarding/day, single sex and co-educational settings, from early years through to sixth form.

As an Independent Schools Compliance Team Inspector since 2015, Shaun has also worked with senior management teams and governing bodies across a wide range of schools.  Shaun has a detailed understanding of the regulatory framework and the particular needs schools face today.
